You could hang different sized attractive/vintage-looking plates in a pretty or unusual arrangement. I've seen them look amazing hung in a cluster-like arrangement (with edges overlapping). Sorry I have no examples to show.

I like photos in cheap frames (in case of mold?) with pictures you can reprint easily. A colorful wall to enjoy firs thing in the morning and some black and white photos. I like one of trips where there was water and of baby's trip to the beach or baby toes, etc.

A cool magazine rack on the wall would be a nice touch.

I really shouldn't comment cos my bathrooms need help, but maybe these little ideas will lead you to a great one.

My dream is to have a bathroom with Marvel Comic Book wallpaper - super colorful and silly. that doesn't sound like it matches your color plan... ;-)

Maybe a bunch of cool (but not irreplaceable--because of the moisture) postcards or postcard-sized images or colors hung in frames like these (the 4x6 size). You could put them up in a mass arrangement similar to this idea that was up at Design Mom.

By the way, I think we had a class together at USU--did you take YA lit fall 2000? If that was you, I remember you had way awesome shoes.
